A group of women meets at Sr. Karen’s convent home to discuss selected topics of spirituality and to share faith. We choose to meet monthly in three or four blocks per year. To accommodate differing schedules, the same program is offered on Sunday afternoon between 3 and 4:30 p.m. and again on Monday morning from 10-11:30 a.m. We have selected topics that include Prayer, Consumerism, Forgiveness and Reconciliation, Poverty, Women in Scripture, and expanding understandings of the relationship between faith and science.
This semester, Sr. Karen, O.P., leads the discussion on the book The Ragged Edge of Night by Olivia Hawker. The meeting dates are:
- January 27 or 28
- February 24 or 25
- March 17 or 18
- April 14 or 15
