EDGE is a spin-off of the high school Life Teen program that’s specifically designed for middle school/junior high students. EDGE Nights do not follow a typical religious education classroom style. Instead, they are run by a Core Team. They facilitate the small group break-out sessions and present the EDGE Night material in skits, games, and talks. Consequently, EDGErs (the 6-8th graders who attend) experience an evening filled with hands-on activities, both in large and small group settings, while they also get to know other Catholic teens in a friendly, spiritual environment! EDGE meets Sunday during the school year from 6-7:30 p.m. in the MPR.

EDGE Bible Study
6:30-7:30 in the Disciples Room (during CEP)
All 6th, 7th & 8th graders are invited to join us to go over the upcoming Sunday readings in a small group setting with plenty of snacks in a relaxed environment. No registration is required, but we ask students to sign-in the first time they attend.
EDGE Lock-in: February 8
Join us Friday, February 8 in the MPR from 8 p.m. to Midnight. This year, instead of charging for the event, we’d like you to bring in three pairs of socks or $5 to support Columbia charities serving people who face homelessness in these cold winter months. We’ll have games, snacks, and prizes for those wearing the most awesome socks. Contact [email protected] for more information. Permission slips are required but available at the event when you check-in. RSVPs appreciated but not required. Bring a snack to share. This event is cosponsored by Newman Center and Our Lady of Lourdes EDGE Ministries.
