The Catholic Education Program (CEP) is for children in grades Pre-K through fifth grade. Classes meet on Sunday mornings from 10-11 a.m. or Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:30 p.m. from late August through early May. Cost is $50 per child for textbooks and other materials though scholarships are available. Volunteers are always needed to lead CEP classes.

CGS is a Montessori Catholic Education Program. It presents the most essential realities of our faith to kids. The Montessori Method is a child-centered approach to education. Rather than having everyone focus on one activity at time kids can choose work which will help them to explore the sacraments and scriptures. The environment and materials are planned so that everything appeals to the child’s curiosity. For children who are 3-6 CGS responds to the child’s plea “help me to do it on my own.” In the life of faith it gives our smallest members the opportunity to have a personal and chosen relationship to God and the Church.
