Looking for a place to talk about faith this semester? Join a small group! Small groups are a great place to meet new people and have discussions about your faith life. Discussion and activities are based on scripture and church teaching, but who knows where the conversation may lead! Spend time with Jesus daily!
Did you know that Newman has a Holy Hour with Eucharistic Adoration Monday through Friday from 4-5 p.m. in the Chapel? Come spend some time with the Lord in prayer with the Newman community! On Thursdays, Eucharistic Adoration will be available from 4-7 p.m, with the Holy Hour from 4-5 p.m. In addition, there is a Power Hour of prayer every Monday night at 11:30 p.m!
Living Truth is a ministry designed to prepare you to live your faith after college, even when times get tough. This monthly ministry will have guest speakers to discuss in-depth topics that help build you up in the midst of our supportive faith community.
2018 Campus Ministry Mission Trip to El Salvador
This year Campus Ministry will be hosting a trip to our sister parish in La Libertad, El Salvador over Spring Break, March 24-31, 2018.

Freshman Overnight 2018
Ignite is an overnight retreat for incoming freshman students. You will meet other students who want to live out their faith in college while learning more about the Newman Center and how you can get involved in your faith community on campus. The retreat will begin at 5 pm on Friday, September 7 and conclude before lunchtime on Saturday, September 8. Dinner, snack and breakfast are provided. The cost is $15 (full and partial scholarships are available if needed). The registration deadline is Thursday, September 6.
Come experience God’s love in a powerful way at our Awakenings Retreat. Meet other student and build relationships at this student-led retreat held at Cross Pointe Retreat Center at the Lake of the Ozarks. Fellow students give talks and lead discussion groups. The cost is $50 and financial aid is available if needed. Registration will open August 19 for Awakenings #36!
Campus Ministries along with the college Catholic Student Associations offer a variety of social activities for students to meet and interact with one another.
- Annual CSA Formal – Saturday, April 28, 2018, 8-11 pm. The formal will take place at Newman Center. Purchase your tickets in advance now and save; ticket prices at the door will increase to $7 for one or $11 for two.
